The successful bid price, plus 10% buyer’s premium, will be the full purchase price offered by the Buyer to Seller. 10% Earnest money deposit on the TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE will be required with the signed purchase agreement in the form of cash, cashier’s check or certified funds the day of the auction. Checks are to be made payable to Knight Barry Title Services LLC. Earnest money deposits on successful bids are non-refundable. Balance is due at closing.

Buyer will be provided a Warranty of Deed free and clear of all encumbrances and liens subject to all restrictions & reservations of record or by use. Property is being offered subject to owner’s confirmation.

We will have a Wausau Auctioneers representative onsite for payment on Auction Day ONLY! All payments after Saturday, September 26th must be by wire transfer only.

ONSITE BIDDING
There is 10% ONSITE BUYERS FEE!! A photo ID is required to obtain a bidder number. Settlement must be made in full on day of auction and can be made anytime during the auction. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date.

ONLINE BIDDING
If you are unable to attend the auction in person, simultaneous internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. A ​13% ONLINE BUYERS FEE will be added to internet purchases. 

If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Saturday, September 26th, 2026. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Tax Exemption form. If you are tax exempt for farm, resale or any reason listed on the form, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed WI Tax Exemption form. Payment must be made in full by 4PM on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date.
