This auction will consist of hard board plant, support equipment & rolling stock.

AUCTION TERMS
All items are sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. A bid is a legal binding contract between you and Wausau Auctioneers. All sales are subject to the WI State Sales Tax law.
CONDITIONS
Bidders are encouraged to fully examine all items before bidding. While descriptions are believed to be correct and information was obtained from sources deemed reliable, any information contained in the brochure is in no way a guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. Hour meter and odometer readings published in this listing are not guaranteed, we can only report what is visually seen. Each item in the auction is being sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item is the sole responsibility of purchaser from the moment the item is sold. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material. The auctioneer reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to add to or delete from advertised lots.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Acceptable forms of payments: cash, cashier's check, wire transfer and personal or company checks accompanied with a current bank letter. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS! Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date. NSF checks will be charged a $45.00 fee.
Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of the Auction end.
A Wausau Auctioneers representative will be onsite to collect payments the following days/times. ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH, 2025 MUST BE IN THE FORM OF WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date.

ONSITE BIDDING
A 10% buyer's premium plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption form) per lot will be added to purchases. A photo ID is required to obtain a bidder number. Settlement must be made in full on day of auction and can be made anytime during the auction. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to auction date.
ONLINE BIDDING
If you are unable to attend the auction in person, simultaneous internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. A 13% buyer's premium plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption form) per lot will be added to internet purchases. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable except for title fees. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax exemption form is completed in its entirety. Please email completed forms to info@wausauauctioneers.com.
If you are the winning bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Tax Exemption form. If you are tax exempt, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed WI Tax Exemption form. Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of the Auction end.

If you are rigging your own items, or if you are hiring a rigger, you must provide us with a Certificate of Insurance naming Price County United Limited, Phillips Lionite Wood Products Company, Wausau Auctioneers and Associated Auction & Liquidation Co., as additional insured with the location named as Formerly Phillips Wood Products @ 115 Depot Road, Phillips, WI 54555.
Each certificate should have the following minimum coverage:
