AUCTION TERMS
18% Buyer’s Premium. Wisconsin sales tax law applies to all items unless exempted with completed WI Form S-211. All items are sold "As Is Where Is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. A bid is a legally binding contract between you and Wausau Auctioneers. All sales are subject to the WI State Sales Tax law. Sales tax exemption may be claimed using Wisconsin Form S-211.

Payment by cash, company check, or wire transfer no later than Monday June 2, 2025 at 4:00 pm CDT. Onsite payments accepted Thursday May 29th 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday May 30th 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

RIGGING INFORMATION
If you are rigging your own items, or if you are hiring a rigger, you must provide us with a certificate of insurance with Richlen Enterprises, LLC as named insured, along with Wausau Auctioneers as additional insured. The location is Richlen Enterprises, LLC at N6212 US Highway 141, Crivitz, WI 54114. Each certificate should have the following minimum coverage: General Liability $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence $2,000,000.00 Aggregate Excess Liability $1,000,000.00 Each Occurrence $1,000,000.00 Aggregate Workers Compensation Statutory Limits and Minimum Employers Liability Limits of: $500,000.00 Each Occurrence $500,000.00 Disease (Policy Limits) $500,000.00 Disease (Each Employee). PAYMENT INFORMATION
No items may be removed before making settlement. There will be a sale representative at the sale site at N6212 US Highway 141 Crivitz, WI on the dates listed below to collect payments. All other payments shall be made by wire transfer. Full payment must be received no later than Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST.
PICKUP AND PAYMENT DATES
Thursday May 29, 2025 – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Friday May 30, 2025 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Additional pickup dates, no payments accepted:
Saturday May 31, 2025 – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Monday June 2, 2025 through Thursday June 5, 2025 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, by appointment only.
ONLINE BIDDING
Internet bidding is available thru www.WausauAuctioneers.com. An 18% buyer's premium plus sales tax (exempt if applicable per WI Tax Exemption Form S-211) per lot will be added to internet purchases. All fees are taxable if the item is taxable. Sales tax will only be removed from the invoice if the WI Sales Tax Exemption Form S-211 is completed in its entirety. Please email the completed form to info@wausauauctioneers.com.
If you are the successful bidder, an invoice will be emailed to you once the auction is completed & reconciled on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Included in the email will be wiring instructions and a WI Sales Tax Exemption Form S-211. If you are tax exempt, taxes will be removed once we receive the completed form. Payment must be made in full no later than Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 pm CDT. Any other arrangements must be made with Wausau Auctioneers prior to the auction date.
LOADING/REMOVAL INFORMATION
Forklift assistance from ground level is available for items up to 4,000 pounds on Thursday May 29, 2025 and Friday May 30, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
